I keep receiving error messages and so do my clients.

    We keep receiving the message "There are errors on the form. Please fix before submitting." 


    I've checked to make sure there are no spaces after each field. I am not sure what else to do.

    I have tested the form and I was able to submit successfully.

    If you got "There are errors on the form. Please fix before submitting." It should highlight a RED warning message on the field that is incorrect or have missing data.

    Kindly test it again on your end, also please check the Date field and ensure it is filled since it is set as required.

    I would also suggest enabling Calendar Pop-up when filling up that field to make sure that the date you selected is correct.
