We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have noticed that there was an issue with the account upgrade. The account is displaying with the upgraded plan when you login using https://www.jotform.com while it is displaying as Free when logged in using https://eu.jotform.com. We have notified our backend team to look into this issue and shall be fixed at the earliest possible. We request you to login using https://www.jotform.com and it should be displaying the upgraded plan. As soon as we receive any update from our backend team, we'll post it here.

The problem is that the url is always redirecting me to the eu website, so I’ve no chance to log into the https://www.jotform.com
