I have checked your form and I noted that when you enable payment type as "User Defined Amount" your form gives the Paypal error once form is submitted hence reason you are getting the error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later".
I have escalated the issue to our Level 2 team for further analysis and resolution. We will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.
