We have had this form open since 2016 and there are 454 first and last name fields missing from 9-26-2016 through 4-10-2017.
We need to retrieve these names please to create a YOY comparison.
The jotform I am referencing is the "Pre-Registration for the ISSA Show North America Dallas 2018".

May we know if you have edited/removed some fields in your form? If you did, kindly revert them to show the missing fields in your submission.
To revert your form you must select it and Click More, look for Revision History.

I don't think we changed the form over the years, however it is definitely possible. I couldn't imagine changing the field "name" since that's been required.
I’d be hesitant to revert the form. If we do this, could we lose any submissions that came after that point?
Is it possible to just retrieve the missing data?

I have checked your submissions and you are right on the missing fields.

A colleague of mine mentioned that the fields were actually previously updated based on track changes he had seen. Let me know if you need more info he will chime in.
