    You can use the save form and continue later method.

    Thanks so much for the response and instructions. I went through and completed all the steps, but for some reason the link to take the user back to their application is just going back to the beginning of a new form. Is the autoresponse supposed to adjust the link it sends out to the user’s unique id? If so, how do I get it to do this?

    Thanks,
    Tracy

    I checked your form and you have no URL parameters that could save your inputs and auto populate them.

    Here is a complete guide on -Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

    I have created a URL parameter that would populate your first, lastname and email.

    https://form.jotform.com/80425765414154?session={email}&email={email}&nameOf[first]={nameOf:first}&nameOf[last]={nameOf:last}

    Place the URL parameter codes, either in the autoresponder or on the thank you page to test it out.

    I hope this information helps.
