    Hello,

I have a form with the Purchase ticket widget built in to allow users to sign up for meeting appointments.  The form also has an auto responder email that goes out to the user after they submit the form.  In the auto responder email I included the {edit_link} tag so that they can make changes to their original submission.

I tried testing the {edit_link} and when you click on it, it brings you back to the same form with all of the info that you filled out the first time.  When you try to select a new appointment slot nothing happens.  The Purchase Ticket widget goes gray but wont allow you to make any changes.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

This is by design. The Edit link will not allow the user to modify the selected item/ticket/slot on the Ticket Purchase widget prevent the user affecting the available item/slot count.

    Ex:

And what actually was preventing you selecting another appointment item/option is that the setting was set only to max selection 1.

If you want the user to be able to select a different available item/slot, set the max selection to greater than 1 (higher number).

You can test in my form also https://form.jotform.com/80446767005963 . I set max selection to 2. As long as you select only 1, you will still have 1 available when on Edit mode.

You can submit using your actual email to receive the Autoresponder with the email with Edit link.

I hope this help. Let us know if you require further assistance.
