Card Forms/Preview Before Submit: Ability to show the full input table element instead of the selected options only.

Today, input table in preview is not very useful, only selected columns are listed without the corresponding row labels. Please show the full input table for users to review before submission, as you do in reports and pdfs.

We've added the corresponding row labels to the Review Page for the input table field. From now on, it will look like the screenshot below:
