Why can't form be submitted?

I keep getting a response that the form can't be submitted when I attempt to test filling it out. I don't know what field is registering as incomplete?

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I cloned your form to test it further and I noticed that the Google Analytics widget Required feature is enabled.

Please disable the Required feature of the Google Analytics widget added to your form. Here's a screenshot:
