Why is advertising appearing at the bottom of the email receipt my customers are receiving?

I am paying for a bronze plan, and my understanding was that one of the perks of this paid plan is that jotform advertising will not appear on any of the materials. My customers are receiving Jotform ads in the confirmation email. How can I make this stop?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be noted that the JotForm link is enabled by default for autoresponder. However, since you are already having a paid subscription plan, you may remove the JotForm section from the autoresponder manually.
