Turn Off JotForm Banner Add

I recently updated my copy of Xara Web Designer Premium.  After making some changes to a Contact Page form I'm getting a JotForm Banner Ad "Create Your Own JotForm" at the bottom of the page that I can't turn off.

How do I turn off this banner ad?

I can see that you are using our Free plan. You can remove the JotForm Footer from your all forms by upgrading your account to any of our paid plans. As soon as you're upgraded, just head over to your Account's Settings page to disable it.
