Why the thank you option stays on the redirect option?

Also, the thank you page choice of 'send users to a Thankyou page" or "redirect to a web page" will not allow me to select the Thank You option, it stays on the redirect option. 

I am not sure if you are referring to the Thank you page option displayed at the bottom of the form in the form builder.

As I check the cloned version of your JotForm, I was able to change the option without any issue. If you want to redirect the user to a different thank you page or message based on a field selection, you may setup conditions on the form by following the guide below:
