Why is my account called guest account?

Why is my account called guest and why can't I upgrade my account ?

Please note that guest account is created automatically when you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms. You can sign up for a free JotForm account with same email address and all forms from your guest account will automatically move to your new account.
