Hi, I have created 3 forms. The first form I made, when I test it, it successfully sends email forms to my assigned address : email@example.com. But when I created a 2nd form DIVER REGISTRATION, the test mail function works, it receives form in the website so I can view the submissions but it won't send it in the email address I assigned. I tried doing it several times but it won't work. The test mail function works but when I fill out and test the form it doesn't send an email.

I have tested your from and used the email "firstname.lastname@example.org" as my email so that i receive the auto response mail and I was able to receive on my personal mail and testing with "email@example.com" our system show email was sent as shown below.
I have also checked your email if it is in our bounce list and it is not. The most likely explanation is that the email went to the junk/spam folder.
Kindly check you spam/junk folder and let us know.
