Hello, I can't find a manual (with screenshots) how the process of downloading all submission in one time works. I know that the user will receive an email with a message that he can download the files. But there should be a simple manual for this, right? I can't find this on your site? Furthermore, it should be clear in that manual if ALL submissions are downloaded or if the customer is able to select specific submissions, that are exported? Another thing that should be made clear: when the user receives an email to download, must he fisrt log in to his Jotform-account? Please provide me with an up-to-date manual for this.

Please follow the instructions on the link below on how to download all your submission.
You can also download them on different formats like Excel, CSV, PDF:
About your second question, the user it's not required to log in to jotform to download his submission when he receives the email.
Please let us know if you have any other question.

This is outdated info! It says that all submissions can be downloaded as a zip. That is not the case! The user receives an email with a link to download. I wished it would be like it is said in the manual, because this way (per email notification) is really bad! So please, update this info!!

As I understood from your previous question, you asked how to download all the submissions. That article answers your question. About your second question as I clarified the user is not obligated to log in to JotForm, as he can simply download the PDF from the email. Thank you for the suggestion we are improving our documentation everyday!
