Considering that you have received the payment, it's either you will;
1. Mark the submission as completed from the incomplete section to add it to the grid list.
2. Go to your Paypal IPN history and retry the IPN process. Check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ. Please navigate to the "Completing paid submissions" line for the steps to check IPN history.
Note that marking incomplete submissions as completed won't process any payment. We only suggest doing this if payment is already completed on Paypal, and IPN failed to work.
