Is the Dynamic Dropdowns widget down?

I am using the Dynamic Dropdowns widget in three of my forms. I see that it comes up with a "broken" symbol at this time. When I use the same page in Firefox, in place of the "broken" symbol, it gives me the message, "Connessione sicura non riuscita". (My computer is in Italian.) Is this a short-term problem, and if so when will it be working again?

I have tried this on multiple browsers and multiple computers, along with the browser of my smartphone, in order to eliminate those as possible causes of the problem. The result has been the same regardless of browser or device.
