form metadata

is there a way of adding metadata to forms or could I vote on such a feature.

My organisation will be using jotform to create quite a few forms and against each form I would like to log a unique id (so in our CRM I can identify the form it came from), I would also like to tag a form owner (not just the person who created it) and an expiry date by which we should retire the form. Is this possible or would this need to be done in form names and folder names?
