    Hi there,

My Name is Nicolas and for some reason the forms on my website stopped working. I don't believ I changed anything, but the forms now are not getting submitted here, and they're not getting emailed to me. Is my account ok? Is it did something change on Jotform's side?

My site is www.magbaytours.com. There is a link to a form at the bottom of every page that says CLICK HERE TO CONTACT US.  It does not work.

    Please help!

    Thanks,

    Nicolas

    Hi there,

I notice that you have embeded the form using the source code.

I have tried two tests, one from your form (went through) and one from your page (failed to go through).

A good suggestion would be to embed the form using the iFrame method in order to avoid conflicts in Java Scripts.  Here is a guide on how to find your iFrame embed code.

Please try it and let us know if it helps

    Hello,

Can you please try replacing the Sender E-mail in the notification to "noreply@jotform.com"

This will make sure that the email sender account is not being blocked by the email provider.

Please inform us if the issue persist.

    Hi there,
Can you tell me where I update the Sender Email information? I've checked
the setting and can't find where to make that change.
    Thanks,
    Nicolas

    Please follow these steps

    1. Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":

Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

An envelope will appear. You can view and change the sender's email address in the field highlighted in yellow, you can also update the email address for the recipient, as shown in red.

Also, we have found that your form on the 'contact us page' is using third party action script. It means that your form is not connected with our system.

Please re-check this from your side. If you would like to place the 'Contact Form' from your JotForm account, please take a look at the following article:

Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?

    Thank you!
