Adobe E- Sign - Disconnecting

    I have had on-going problems with the widget Adobe E- Sign. I have written in before about this - I need a phone call or else a quick help.  I have to keep re-authenticating this widget every so often.  It stays ok for a while & then drops off.  Why?  This is extremely frustrating since it rakes so long to fix.

    I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will take a look at this problem and post a response on this thread when they are ready. For now you will have to get by re-authenticating.
