Why is our condition not calculating email field as required

The email field for the form linked below should be auto-populating with an email when the "Lurie Children's Hospital Attending" field is filled based on the conditions that are currently set but it is not.

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I noted that the condition was not updating the email as per the conditions set.

I noticed there might be an issue with the conditions you had because once I disabled them and created another condition the new condition worked properly.

Below is a clone of your form with all the previous conditions disable and only one new condition which copies emails to the email field.

Based on the above, I would recommend that you disable the conditions and create another one, test and let us know if it resolves the issue.

yes your clone works for one drop down "houston"
but it would be better for me if i could learn how to make it work in MY
form
i did disable all of the conditions and then re-enabled only -1- "maizels"
it worked on my form!!!!
but when i enabled a 2nd on the drop down list "houston" it no longer worked
please advise

Apologies for not being clear. What I meant is the current conditions you would need to disable or deleted them then setup new conditions as there seems to be an issue with the current conditions.

Kindly disable the existing conditions, create new ones and test the conditions if the work. The form that I shared earlier "https://form.jotform.com/80454221467959" I added one more condition to demonstrate on adding one more condition email field is still copied in the E-mail field.
