If we violate the Terms of Service, we want to apologize. Your assumption that it would be used in phishing is not the case here.
As a normal user, we have created with MAGIX Premier 7 a website. To optimize the form, various optimizations have been made. It was never our intention to violate the Terms of Service. Therefore, we do not know what mistakes we have made.
    Curent status: 14 October 2012
The homepage http://versima-suisse.ch/ is completed and published. The online forms are not displayed by the suspension, which is a significant economic problem for us, because we are on the verge of incorporation Versima Suisse.

As you can see, it is very to lift the suspension. For your generosity we thank you

We apologize for your inconvenience, VersimaSuisse.

Your account was automatically suspended by our phishing form filter due to one of your forms that had been flagged by our system to be suspected for phishing.  This automatic suspension was done without any human intervention.

Upon checking your account, the form "Einloggen Domain" seems have been the cause of your suspension as it is close to the word 'login'. Since JotForm cannot process web access authentications (logins), the system automatically suspends forms in suspicion that the form is going to be used for malicious activities.  If you are about to create such form, may I request from you to not continue with the creation of a login form to prevent your account from getting suspended again.

I have reactivated your account.  Should you continue to have trouble with accessing your account, please do let us know.
