Why I'm receiving "form.jotform.com unexpectedly closed the connection" error?

    Sometimes (randomly) we go to the Online Payment page (which has our "AMDA online payment form" embedded in it) and it throws up the error "form.jotform.com unexpectedly closed the connection".

    A refresh usually loads it, but most of our membership is older and will not think to refresh the page.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

    I checked your form but I wasn't able to replicate any issue with it.

    Could you please provide us the console report when the issue occurs, here is how you can do that:

    So we can get a better picture of the issue.

    Thank you for the information provided. But, there aren't any errors there. 

    Are you able to replicate this issue on some other network?
