Youtube widget is not working on my form

    I am using the youtube widget on my form - actually using it 3 times in a row within a collapsible section of the form, and it isn't appearing when the section is opened up.

    I checked your form and I can verify that the YouTube videos are showing properly. Here's a screenshot:

    We had an issue earlier wherein some widgets are not showing on the forms. However, our developers fixed it immediately.

    I cleared your form cache as well so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
