Notification email is not working

    I Have contact you multiple times regarding the same problem and nothing seems to get fix, I currently have 2 people attach to received notifications when a new form comes in, but apparently we will only received 2 out 5  or sometimes nothing, I have "removed the emails and put them again, I have change the settings on the forms and nothing seems to get fix", if there's no way to get this fix I have ask to lower the picture frame when we pull up a report it seems like the pictures zoom in a lot and were not able to clearly see the pictures...  you guys have told me to lower the picture frame when we upload a picture but there no option to do that.

    if you will like to see an example you can logging to my site and click inbox you will be able to see the form's that I have received and the ones that have pictures with all zoom in pictures, but when ever you pull up a report as a PDF it will come the normal size,

    please let me know if there's a solution for this.

    I checked the email recipients associated with the form and they are not on our bounce list. I checked our mail logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. 

    Please contact your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP Addresses and domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Hi John, it seems like this is not getting resolve Im still having the same problem, I forward the IP ADDRESSES to out email provide and its still not resolved please get back with me on what else needs to be done.

    May I know the email addresses that are not receiving the email alert? Also, are you referring to the autoresponder email or the notification email?

    I checked the autoresponder email conditions and they are configured properly. Please take note that the autoresponder email has a 1-day delay.

    Upon checking it further, I noticed that you're using a different Sender Email in the notification email advanced settings. Please change it to noreply@jotform.com and if the issue still persists, contact us again.
