I cannot find the customers who completed the form

Potential customer is upset because he filled out a form and hasn't heard back from us. We hadn't received it (at our email) and I'm trying to find it in our forms in our dashboard. Is there a way to search by Name or email to find a completed form.

He is very frustrated because he took the time to fill it out and doesn't want to repeat it to us again. We sell homes, cabins, garages and other structures, so losing a customer because of something like this is very frustrating.

You are correct, the "View Submissions" option is under the "More" dropdown. There is also a "Submissions" button at the top when you selected a form. Here's a screenshot:
