We are eligible for but haven't been receiving the not-for-profit 50% discount

    Hi there, 

    I'm the Jotform account holder here at the Alpine Club of Canada national office. 

    We have a $20 per month economy plan, and have done for quite a while. But my colleague just informed me we should be eligible for the 50% discount on this as a not-for-profit amateur athletic association. 

    Please could we obtain this discount?

    Yes, in order to receive a non-profit discount, we must receive your application.
