How to add payments in form with option for discount codes?

Hello is it possible to ad scheduling and payments to my form?  I am looking for the person to fill out the form and then book a 30 min session from the times we are available and then pay for the appointment in advance with the option for discount codes?

You can list timing of your availability which user can select in form and then submit form. It is also possible to offer discount codes to your users as well. Ok great in regards to the scheduler I am looking for this flow:

Person clicks get started 

fills in the required information 

books an appointment from the days and times that are available 

makes payment for the appointment 

then our other sofware will do a secure telemedicine appointment with the client unless Jotform is capable of that to ?

To send data to your own telemedicine application, you can create your own webpage in telemedicine application. You can POST your form and redirect users to this page where you can read the POST data and save it in your own database.
