da qualche giorno ricevo mails da parte del vostro team che mi informano della sospensione del mio account per raggiunti limiti di pagamenti.
E' corretto? Le mail sono attendibili e provengono dal vostro team?

According to our mail log, you must have received 3 email notifications about reaching the limit of Payment submissions.
Please note, it is allowed to have 1! Payment submissions for Free Plans for a month, you do have now 3. This counter will be reset on the first day of next month.
