How Do I Change the Credit Card That Gets Billed Every Month to a Different One?

    You can update the credit card used for your subscription on your accounts billing page — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Actually I added more to this. We had a staff member that set-up JotForm initially and we are getting billed  $9.50 on a credit card. We want to continue this, however I want the account switched over to be in my name instead of dwellman. Once this is done I can proceed with switching the credit card information.

    Hi Renee,

    First, is this your correct email address (Renee.Stanneartasu.edu)? I noticed that there is no "@" sign between Renee.Stanneart and asu.edu. Is that your correct email address? If not, we can edit it and add the "@" sign.

    Upon checking the account username (dwellman) you provided, I can see that it is associated with the email address (breann**@asu.edu) and it is subscribed to the Bronze Monthly Non-profit. 

    To my understanding, you want to change the account username (dwellman) to (breanna1).

    Is that correct? If yes, please log in to the account of (dwellman) and reply on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1385939 so we can switch their username.

    This person (dwellman) no longer works for our department so no one can log into that account. Yes my email address is renee.stanneart@asu.edu. How can this be corrected?

    I have tried changing the email address. However, I am experiencing some issue with changing your email address in the account. Also, I notice that your account is registered as a sub-account user. Could you let us know from which account that you have received the invitation to create the account that might help us in fixing the issue?

    This person (dwellman) no longer works for our department so no one can log into that account.

    If the email address of account is active, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the reset link shall be sent to that email address.

    Or you may ask the person who was managing the account to provide the login information.

    I got ahold of the employee and she is going to try to log in and change the user name to mine.
