How can we remove text from the welcome page of a card form

    Hello,

    How can I take off the first page where it says 

    Job Application Form
    This simple template is the easy and fastest way to apply online. Gather information and upload resume using the form.
     
    and instead have it start on my first page? Thank you!

    While editing the form, click on "Edit Welcome Page":

    The text you are referring to can be edited or removed from there:
