Hi.
In the last few weeks I had two subusers who reported that when they cloned a form, they found it in "My Forms" and not under the shared subuser account. They were able to drag it back to the subuser account but it took an extra step.
Did you make a change whereby the default location no longer is where the form is created but everything automatically gets placed under "my forms"?
Please advise because if this is the case, I need to let everyone know that they have to move the forms separately. Otherwise, they soon might run out of capacity.
Thanks for your help.

If a sub-user account creates a new form even when the main account's shared folder is selected (active), the form will be created on the sub-user account and it needs to be dragged to the main account's shared folder. This issue has already been reported since the form should be saved on the main account.
However, when cloning a form, there is no issue as long as the main account's shared folder is selected (active) on the sub-user account before creating a clone version of a form.

Thanks, Mike, for the quick response.
Based on this, there was no change from your end. All’s good then.
