How can I display the name my respondents filled out at the top of each page of my form?

Can I and how do I set up for a form that is multiple pages to auto fill a field such as full name on the top of every page once someone types it in the first page?

Hello Alton - You can do this using the TEXT FIELD. You may use any field's placeholder variable to display it within a TEXT FIELD (e.g. the full name field).
