How to delete an upload data?

How do I clear uploads?  I reached my limit and cannot see where they are stored to clear them?  I deleted submissions and art files in admin but this does not see to update my upload stats!

To delete an uploaded file without deleting the submission, you will need to edit the submission and remove the uploaded file to do that.

1. Go to your submissions page

2. Edit the submission

3. Remove the uploaded file
