When Send over the comment field which is a text box in Jot Form, the text arrives in the comment field in Asana with the text
jotform_untitled_markdown appended before my text box text. How do I get rid of that?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have checked your integration and the text area element on your form, they seem correct. I have cleared your forms cache now.
If the problem persists, please try deleting the field from the integration and adding it once again, in case you are experiencing the problem after that, please provide us a screenshot of the record on Asana, this guide will help you uploading the image (images attached via email responses will not reach this thread): https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will wait for your response.

This is happening because Markdown editor is set to ON in the field Please describe this issue.
I have cloned your form and set the Markdown editor to OFF for that field.
After that, the task that is created in Asana does not have the text jotform_untitled_markdown prepended.
So, just set the Markdown editor to OFF to fix this.
I will forward the issue to our developers so it is fixed even with the Markdown editor on.
Thank you.

The problem has been fixed. But I still recommend to disabled markdown feature when using it for Asana. Because Asana does treat html tags as a plain text.
