Form not working correctly each time.

    Username: Leadersintraining. The webform in my account that is title Sponsorship Form is not working correctly. I received a complaint that a sponsor attempted to fill out the form and it did not allow them to pay but instead gave them the "Thank you" dialog and closed. I then went online and filled out the form myself and it was seamless in allowing me to pay $50 for the sponsorship using the paypal payment gateway. However, shortly afterwards I went in and upgraded my plan and tried to test the form again and it did not present me with the opportunity to pay but instead gave me the "Thank you" dialog and closed.  Please help! Our event is drawing close and we really need this to work.

    I have been testing your form and I was redirected to the PayPal payment page, please note that the user will be redirected to the PayPal page if there is an amount to charge, so if your user selected an option and the total is more than $0 the user will be redirected to pay. 

    Now, if the user leaves the payment section empty, the form will show the thank you page instead, if you want to always redirect your users to PayPal, then you will need to set the payment field as required.
