Redirect or stay on page?

My plan is to have some of these forms available on my squarespace website.

When they click on this form will it redirect them to another page or will it stay on the web page?

That depends on the thank you page you're using. If it's the default thank you a message, the form stays on the page showing the thank you message after submitted. If you are using an external thank you URL, the form will redirect to that URL.
