My account has been deativated and I can not receive bookings

    Hi there, I have emailed Jotform support numerous times and am not being replied to. 

    My account has been deativated and I can not receive bookings. 

    Please reply to my current inquiries ASAP!

    We apologize for the delayed reply.

    Your account has currently exceeded the payment submissions limit for the free plan which is 1 payment submission per month.

    Since your form is integrated with payment, the submissions will be counted as payment submission.

    To reinstate your account, please consider upgrading to the paid plan depending on how many submissions you expect per month. If it's more than 10 but less than a hundred, you can upgrade to the Silver plan.
