Unable to submit the application form on our website

When people fill up the application and press submit. It says please wait and never end... it is not sent.

I would like to know why

As I tried to submit the form on your web page, I was able to replicate the issue at my end. As I check the website, I see that you are using WordPress and the form is embedded using Form embed plugin which seems to be causing the issue. Please try embedding the form using the default Javascript embed method so that the form should be able to submitted normally. 

Also, please make sure that you disable the form embed plugin to avoid the conflict. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help.

I doing something wrong. I did type this and its not working. Do I cause on the page of WordPress and type it?

I have tried submitting your JotForm on the web page and was able to submit the form without any issue.
