Submission has not come in Jotform?

    Hi I created a form and also submitted a submission for the purchase of a product. However my submission has not come through in the 'my forms' section of jotform, whilst others have. I have however received a personal email address with reference.


    Please can you advise?

    Hi

    I created a form to purchase a product which has generally been functioning well without problems.

    I also wanted to purchase my own product, and put in a submission for myself. I got a confirmation email  and reference number sent to my personal email address, however my own submission has not come through to the submissions in 'my forms' section of jotform, whilst others have.

    a) Why would this happen? Where has my form disappeared to?

    b) A confirmation email was sent to me, therefore it seems that my form / payment has gone through. But as the owner of the form, I have no record of this on jotform.

    Please can you advise.

    I have checked the submissions for this Form: { ABSoc Hoody Order Form 2018 }. I saw that there are 3 submissions, and you have received 3 emails for that form.

    You can check the submissions on this link: https://www.jotform.com/submissions/80153158974967.

    If you can't find your submission there, can you please provide more information about the submissions, like a name, email so we can investigate furthermore.
