I have received an email to confirm someone has registered for an event - see attached screenshot. But their registration does not appear in the registration system on Jotform. I have just had this happen a second time too - please advise.

I have checked your form's submissions and the submission you are looking for is the second from the top:
Please try to log in with the following address: www.jotform.com
In order to use the eu.jotform.com for checking submissions, you need to transfer your data to our EU servers.
