Masked credit card numbers in the submissions

    Credit card numbers are coming with only the first and last four numbers, with the eight in between ## out. Anyway to remedy this?

    Also, no longer receiving forms via e mail. Checked and not on the bounce list.

    Please be noted that it is not allowed to collect sensitive information such as usernames and passwords, credit cards, bank account related information through JotForms. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. Since your account was upgraded to a paid subscription plan, such forms will be reviewed manually by our reviewers team and send you a notice before taking any action on the account. Since the collection is not allowed, the credit card information on the existing forms were automatically masked. 

    We request you to remove the guilty fields from the form immediately to avoid any suspension on the account. If you need to collect the payments through your forms, it is required to use one of the payment integrations available. These payment integrations comply with the PCI DSS standards and the payments are processed by the integrated payment gateway directly.
