Unfortunately we do not allow mass resend to any of the JotForm mail features. Some users uses these features to make spam so we have limited the sending or forwarding of submissons. We simply have to do this to avoid spams using our service.

Since 1st September our email adress was on bounce list. How do i resend these emails without doing each manually.

If you intend to forward the submissions to multiple recipients, you may simply add the addresses, separated by a comma, on the "To" field of the forwarding screen.
However, there isn't a way to send multiple submissions at once. It can only be done one by one.
As for the bounce list issue, this happens when your hosting provider rejects the emails from us. It isn't a good idea for our servers to resend the emails again and again and again if your mail server keeps on rejecting them. That's the time when the email address involved is added to our bounce list.
To prevent that from happening, you may want to add our mail server IPs to your whitelist. It is also a good idea to use a static email as your notification's sender address, such as firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thanks for that, but i just want to resend all the forms created in October to the original notification email address.

In that case, I am afraid the only solution is to manually forward them one by one.
We're sorry about that.
By the way, what do you think about exporting the October submisisons to an Excel file, then sending the said file to the form recipient?
