My plan status is not updated: "You're out of space!"

    Dear Jotform,

    I did pay USD 19.00 in order to have the Bronze plan in my account. However, this message is showed: "You're out of space!"

    Please, fix it.

    Thank you for reporting this matter to us. I have checked your account and indeed, I see that you have upgraded. For some reason, it did not trigger the upgrade; hence, I went ahead and reactivated your account and set it to Bronze. You should be able to use your forms now.
