How can I split Name or Address field to it's sub-titles?

I am linking a form to InfusionSoft.

Using the Item Name or Address is great, but how can I map

- first name

- last name

- Street1

- Street2

- City

- State

- Zip

Separately to match InfusionSoft fields?

The dropdown (form-side) only gives me Name or Address

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, Fullname fields and Address fields are both treated as one field when mapping fields during integration.

A workaround that you can do is to have each field of the Fullname field or Address field added separately in your form using the Short Text Entry Field.
