I have a customer who filled out the jot form but he isn't showing up in the stripe payment information. I have my form set so that one can't submit the form without payment information... Your help in this matter is needed.

I tested your form and found that if I don't select your product I can submit the form without paying. This is obviously what Mr Josh Traun has done.
If you want to ensure that payment is mandatory then mark the product as required, and selected by default.

The payment field has a required property as well, it will require to select at least one product and proceed with the payment.
