Google Spreadsheets Integration Not Working

The Google Spreadsheets Integration is not working for our forms. We tried to setup a new integration but once we hit the Authentication button, we get an error message. See the attached screenshot.

I cloned your form,tested google spread sheet and I was able to integrate without any errors.

Most probably it is caused by an expired token, can you logout your google account and logged back again. Clear your brower's cache and reintegrate google spread sheet.
