i need someone to call me and walk me thjrough on the settings for this issue. why isn't there a number to call for help when something is so urgent and needs fixing asap???????

If you're referring to the PDF fillable form, please note that some elements are not compatible with the feature, it may be that you used one of these incompatible elements.
