Is it possible to pull the Drop Down menu options from a database/spreadsheet list?

We use jotforms for many aspects of our business - and we would love to be about to source options for repeated dropdowns from a single spreadsheet list.  So that if need to update that list - we can do so in one place, and have it propogate to many forms. 

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pull the list from an external source to the drop down menu. In order to achieve your requirement, you may consider getting the full source code of the form and make modification to connect with external source and host it on your web server. If you are not a programmer, you may consider hiring one from Upwork.
