If I use a Paypal Express widget on a form, is this a paid service to JotForm?

I want to use a Paypal Express widget on one of my forms that will allow users to select items and pay via PayPal. My question is do I need to pay JotForm to use this feature? For example, do I need to register for an upgraded JotForm subscription

Please be noted that you can use any of the feature available with Free account. However, the number of form views, submissions, payments for a month shall be varying based on the subscription plan. Using a Free subscription plan, you'll be able to receive up to 100 submissions and only 1 payment in a month.
