I have a form that displays a recommendation based on a users responses. I would like to include this recommendation into the autoresponder. Is there any workaround to including text in an autoresponder? I tried copying the text [via calculation condition] into a long text field, but this doesn't seem to work.
TIA

The text can be inserted directly into the body of the email. For more information on how to edit the email template, see the following guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
Create multiple emails, one for each possible text, then send those emails conditionally:

Similar to how you display the text in the form.

Unfortunately, I've already tried those suggestions and neither work.
To clarify, I am attempting to add a Text form element (NOT a Short Text Entry or Long Text Entry) into the body of the autoresponder.

Text elements are not automatically included in the body of emails. Text needs to be inserted directly to the body of the email as described here:
https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
Create one version of the autoresponder email for each different block of text:
https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Then send those emails conditionally.

I see what you mean now. I was able to get it done. Thanks!
